A warm welcome to second Lorraine

Hoping to help: Reaching Out’s new editor, Lorraine Wileman.

Reaching Out has a new editor. Former award winning journalist Lorraine Wileman has taken over the editor’s chair from Foundation chairman Alan Peaford.

Lorraine – who lives in North London with her husband and two daughters – was a business partner of Alan’s at Trident Communications but left earlier this year to fulfil a lifetime ambition to become a teacher.

She wanted to ‘keep her hand in’ and was ‘volunteered’ by Alan to take over.

“I have met a number of CdLS families and hope I can help,” says Lorraine. “I know how valuable a role Reaching Out plays for every family and I would welcome families contributing their ideas and thoughts.”

Lorraine can be contacted through the Foundation office.
