More than two hundred energetic four to eight year olds from Madresfield Early Years Centre in Malvern, Worcestershire, helped raise £611.12 for CdLS as they took part in a sponsored ‘toddle week’ .

The youngsters enjoyed a variety of activity circuits, including a sponsored run, during the week raising money on behalf of their fellow pupil at the centre two-year-old Edward Davies who has CdLS. “The whole centre was involved in the event and the children had a lot of fun. The local newspaper, the Malvern Gazette, also turned up and wrote a piece about toddle week and highlighted CdLS which is great for community awareness of this rare condition,” said one of the organisers, Karen Barker.
